Our Preschool Program is designed to cater to the developmental capacities of a preschooler in the age of 2 to 3.5 years. Children at this age are characteristically energetic and curious. They usually want to take and do things their own way, one of the first few signs of taking initiative and to express themselves. This is mainly why the Preschool age is such as wonderful time to start and engage your child/ren to the benefits of Early Childhood Education.
The Preschool Program at Learning Clock Montessori School is focused on channeling this energy and curiosity into productive outcomes by exposing them to the various opportunities of learning that benefit their social, cognitive, and emotional improvement. Fine motor development is deemed significant at this stage, hence children are put into play, manipulation, and creation. Outdoor play is given credits where they not only use their physical self to explore the senses, but also to develop their social responsibilities, form their first friendships, and learn how to trust and respect another.
It is in preschool that we slowly open their creativity to the amazing and wonderful realities of the world through hands-on activities, practices, and engagements.
